The location offers easy access to attractions. I stayed in an executive suite. This suite feature big, clean rooms. The hotel staff was always helpful and polite, I was happy.
The television channels had issue. They were undergoing maintenance.

unstocked mini-bar old furniture
the location is acceptable because the metro station is close.
The room's condition was disappointing. The furniture looked worn and outdated. the mini-bar was unstocked and not cold. additionally, i found the lack of attention to detail frustrating.

My room had a great city view. The hotel's location offered easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The staff was friendly to requests, addressing my needs quickly. The king size bed provided a comfortable sleeping experience.
The elevators sometimes had a bit of a wait during peak hours, especially in the morning.

amazing stay!
varied breakfast hot jacuzzi
the varied breakfast really set me up for the day and i loved the hot jacuzzi. It was so relaxing! the temperature of the pool was just perfect. we loved the metro access, as it was so easy to get around
the lifts are an absolute joke! i had to wait forever going up or down. if one stops on your floor it will probably be full

the staff were friendly and helpful. analezia, sweta, khin, nibin, bibek, thet, olaitan, yeasin and sahiw all. they were very responsive to requests and always had a smile.

the location proved very convenient. the metro station access was helpful for getting around (i really appreciated this feature). the room was quite large. breakfast offered a wide variety of options, satisfying my morning cravings.
the elevators were slow, leading to noticeable wait times. the bathroom needed better hygiene (i noticed this upon arrival). the room looked somewhat outdated.

thet at reception gave me a nice room with a city view. the bed and pillows are really comfort, i needed that rest. breakfast had wide range of options and very tasty.
the rooms are not very clean. i found the rooms are unclean.
