The television channels had issue. They were undergoing maintenance.

the location is acceptable because the metro station is close.
The room's condition was disappointing. The furniture looked worn and outdated. the mini-bar was unstocked and not cold. additionally, i found the lack of attention to detail frustrating.

the varied breakfast really set me up for the day and i loved the hot jacuzzi. It was so relaxing! the temperature of the pool was just perfect. we loved the metro access, as it was so easy to get around
i had to wait forever going up or down. if one stops on your floor it will probably be full

the staff were friendly and helpful. analezia, sweta, khin, nibin, bibek, thet, olaitan, yeasin and sahiw all. they were very responsive to requests and always had a smile.
